Online Conference Instructions
Dear authors and attendees, IoTaaS 2020 will be held online due to COVID-19. Although we cannot communicate with each other face to face, we believe that online conference can also provide a good platform for all researchers to discuss and share ideas.
This online conference is held by Tencent Meeting APP. Each Session has an independent online meeting room (please refer to the program below for conference ID and password). Please enter your own session’s online meeting room five minutes in advance and report back to your session chair. In the meeting, you should share your screen and make a presentation. We highly suggest you install Tencent Meeting APP in advance as soon as possible and test the audio function, screen sharing function, and camera function. The session Chair will ask each presenter whether he or she agrees to record the presentation. If so, the session chair will record.
We will arrange an online conference test at 14:00-16:00 Beijing time on November 16, with Tencent Meeting APP conference ID: 785 802 007, conference password: 2020. Please choose to participate according to your needs.
Please also note that although we would like to guarantee the publication of your paper in the conference proceedings, not presenting (during the stream or pre-recorded video) presents certain risks outside of our control that may result in your paper not being included in the conference proceedings.
Reminder:
- If your network environment is not good, please record and upload your presentation video as required by EAI no later than November 4. Then, your session chair will play your recorded video to other authors and researchers. The instruction of a paper presentation recording can be found here.
- Install VooV APP in the countries or regions outside the Chinese mainland. This is the international version of Tencent Meeting APP – https://www.voovmeeting.com/
