The EAI IoTaaS 2025 Conference will be held in a hybrid format. Please ensure that you select your attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration. This information is essential for us to effectively arrange catering services for all onsite participants

What's Included in the Fees?
Online Package/ Onsite Package
Purchasing this package contains:
- Participation in all Onsite/ Online technical sessions of the conference program;
- Article processing fee of 1 paper (Accepted Authors);
- All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
- Â After publishing, 30 days of free digital access to the digital proceedings and a 40% discount on the hard copy of proceedings.
Important Notes Before Registering
Camera-Ready Deadline is 25 November 2025.​
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
